Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. OPD Appointment Cancellation
Patients who have booked an OPD appointment may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. Advance Payment & Deposits
- Cancellation 72+ hours before procedure: Full refund (processing time: 7–10 working days).
- Cancellation 24–72 hours before procedure: Refund minus administrative charges.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: Advance payment may be forfeited. Subject to management review.
3. Emergency & Inpatient Services
Payments made for emergency or inpatient services rendered are non-refundable. Billing discrepancies should be raised within 7 days of discharge.
4. Insurance & Cashless Claims
For cashless insurance patients, disputes or adjustments are governed by the respective insurance provider's policy and the TPA agreement.
5. Refund Process
- Cash refunds: Same day or next working day
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 working days
- Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 working days (subject to bank processing)
6. Duplicate Payments
If a patient accidentally makes two payments for a single service, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded within 15–20 bank working days via the same payment source used for the transaction.
7. Convenience Fee & Taxes
Any convenience fees and applicable taxes charged at the time of booking are non-refundable and will not be reversed for any refund or reversal of transaction.
